What the heck is this?

I think there is a place for the book equivalent of television, and this is it. Like the serialized novel of Dickens, but more tongue-in-cheek.  Sitcom literature, posted at least every Wednesday.

More backstory:
Not uniquely, I had a really mixed high school experience. It was really awesome and at times rather painful. And sometime around my 16th birthday I invented Julian as a sort of day dream. Remember that really cool split-screen scene in 500 Days of Summer where Gordon-Levitt's hopes and his reality play side-by-side...that's more or less what Julian was for me.

So here's  my homage to my formative years...slightly more awesome, and slightly more painful. Or awkward or whatever that general feeling of discomfort to be inside your own skin was.
